Gazing into the future is a skill that few possess. The rest of us are left gazing at the present, which often reveals itself in most mysterious ways. One drop of rain, for example, can capture our world like a tiny crystal ball. Or for some, the following pictures may be reminders of the snow domes of childhood. Only that these cannot be shaken, only rotated.

This image of a garden, caught in its miniature form, was flipped so that it looks like a garden snow globe:
Raindrops, crystal balls and the world seen through them have inspired artists for centuries. Dutch graphic artist MC Escher’s works “Hand with Reflecting Sphere” (1935), “Three Spheres II” (1946) and “Dewdrop” (1948), for example, surely remind one of some of the images here.
Window to the world – a yellow flower with the droplet reflecting it and its environment:
Those who know Belgian surrealist Rene Magritte’s painting “Golconda” (1953), in which tiny men in suits and bowler hats seem to rain from the sky, will enjoy the next photograph.
A house’s reflections raining down:
So the next time you get caught in a spring shower, watch for the beauty it brings along. This leaves us to end with the words of someone who brought beauty to the world, with his words:
“I to the world am like a drop of water
That in the ocean seeks another drop,
Who, falling there to find his fellow forth,
Unseen, inquisitive, confounds himself.”
– William Shakespeare

Postmodern Mobile Room-as-a-Museum!!!
Each stay in Everland is a strange one-of-a-kind trip for the mind as there is only one room in this portable hotel – and it shifts from place to place over time. While it has ridden on the backs of museums and had views of monuments, a night in the bizarre hotel itself is much like a stay in a private art gallery. Each newly-framed artistic landscape allows urban travelers to reflect on their surroundings from unique perspectives previously unseen by other tourists.
This mobile hotel has been perched upon a ancient museum structure in a bustling German city, sat in center of Paris with an ideal elevated view of the Eiffel Tower and rested on an existing luxury hotel in Tokyo with views out over the surrounding city.

Each of these settings has afforded guests – permitted to stay only one night each – amazing never-before-seen angles on familiar landmarks and historical locations.
Conceived of as an installation art project by Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann, the experience of this space is highly customized – each room has a bathroom, lounge and king-sized bed along with playful details including a set of golden bath towels begging to be stolen, a stocked and prepaid minibar, radical classic record collection a breakfast delivered right to the door.link

2. Hamburger USB Flash Drive: Hungry? Get the Hamburger USB Flash Drive ($19.99) and eat up to 1GB of information. This "freshly baked" product will certainly be a conversation starter and a convenient reminder of what you'll be having for lunch.
3. USB Hidden Flash Drive Watch: Bond, James Bond. For wanna-be spies, the USB Hidden Flash Drive Watch ($49.99) features an ample 4GB capacity USB flash drive that slips neatly into the watch case. Simply remove, add data and then re-insert and you're ready to conduct secret missions to building B on the other side of campus. The watch itself has a Japanese movement, plastic case covered by stainless steel mask with brushed silver finish and convex mineral glass.
4. World's Tiniest USB Flash Drive: Barely bigger than the tip of your pinky, the Pico USB Flash Drive ($24.99) is less than 4mm thick. The polished chrome finish is certainly shiny, but at 8 gigabytes, it’s redonkulously teeny.
5. USB Flash Drive + Lighter: Electronics and fire have never been friends and you could even say they are essentially sworn enemies. But in the case of the USB Flash Drive Lighter ($50.00) they have decided to call a truce. Long standing differences have been put aside to create a product that is both practical and very unique. This flash drive has an ample 8GB capacity and the lighter is refillable. The USB connector slides out of the bottom of the metal case, using a small slider lever located on the side of the lighter. The lighter has a polished chrome finish and an adjustable flame. Baby, light my flash drive!

The USB port doubles as the connector to hold the strap together when wearing it and it sounds fairly durable as the catalog page boasts that the drive is shockproof and moisture proof (we’re assuming moisture from sweat).
